DOD INSTALLATION — FUEL OPERATIONS FACILITY, OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE

Design and installation of a commercial-grade NDAA-compliant video surveillance system for the fuel operations facility at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue. IP camera deployment across the fuel operations area, NVR configuration with custom IP scheme, and full Zero-Defect Handover documentation — shop drawings, device list with IP assignments, connection diagrams, before and after photos, and live NVR view documentation. Every piece of hardware specified and installed is verified NDAA Section 889 compliant, protecting the installation from cybersecurity vulnerabilities associated with prohibited equipment. BELLEVUE BRIDGE — WIRELESS RADIO BRIDGE DEPLOYMENT

One of the more technically distinctive installations in our Bellevue portfolio. Camera coverage was required at the mid-span of a Bellevue landmark bridge as well as at the toll and access points. Running cable to the middle of a bridge span is not practical — we designed and installed a wireless radio bridge solution that transmits camera feeds from the mid-span installation back to the shore-side infrastructure without any hardwired cable run across the water. Coverage monitors the bridge structure, the surrounding waterway area, and the toll and access points. This is the kind of installation that requires wireless network engineering capability most regional security installers do not have.

LARGE COMMERCIAL DEVELOPER — CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AND FULL PROPERTY PORTFOLIO

The corporate headquarters of one of the region's larger commercial developers is based in Bellevue, and OSC has worked across their full property portfolio. Installations span the corporate office facility and multiple MDU residential and commercial properties managed under the same ownership. Each property receives a system designed for its specific environment — MDU common areas, building entries, parking structures, and tenant access points are all covered.

Security camera installation for Bellevue Public Schools covering institutional campus environments. School installations require specific sightline planning — coverage of entry and exit points, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and common areas while respecting the privacy requirements of an educational environment. All hardware is NDAA-compliant, a requirement for any K-12 institution receiving federal funding under current procurement guidelines.

NONPROFIT MOTORSPORTS COMPANY — RETAIL AND OUTDOOR STORAGE

Camera system installation for a Bellevue-area nonprofit motorsports organization covering an indoor retail showroom and outdoor storage areas. Interior retail coverage documents customer and staff activity on the showroom floor. Exterior cameras cover outdoor vehicle and equipment storage areas for after-hours monitoring and liability documentation of stored assets.

MULTIPLE MDU RESIDENTIAL PORTFOLIOS

Bellevue is one of our most active MDU markets. We have installed security camera and access control systems for multiple separate property management companies operating MDU residential portfolios in Bellevue.
