Cameras and access control installation for Elkhorn Landing, the mixed-use development anchoring old town Elkhorn. Residential units above street-level retail create a layered security environment — residential common areas, building entries, and parking require coverage appropriate for a residential community while retail storefronts, common corridors, and street-level entry points require commercial-grade coverage. Historic building character was a consideration in the installation approach — cable routing and camera placements were designed to work with the building rather than through it. Access control manages resident and tenant credentials from a centralized platform. This is the kind of mixed-use installation that requires experience across both residential and commercial security environments simultaneously.

LAKESIDE HOA — POINT-TO-MULTIPOINT WIRELESS BRIDGE NETWORK

A point-to-multipoint wireless camera network for a large lakeside HOA community in Elkhorn. The system covers the community water facility, the front gate entry point, and common areas across the development — all connected via wireless radio bridge without cable runs across the property. Ten to twelve cameras including pan-tilt-zoom units for flexible wide-area coverage of the lake and community grounds. The HOA board has full remote access for monitoring community activity and documenting incidents across the property. Similar in architecture to our Bennington lake HOA deployment — OSC has specific experience designing and installing wireless bridge camera networks for lakeside and waterfront community developments.
