FREMONT HOUSING AUTHORITY — MULTI-BUILDING CAMPUS

A long-standing installation and one of the more significant community security deployments in our Fremont portfolio. The Fremont Housing Authority operates a multi-building campus serving Fremont residents, and OSC designed and installed a camera system covering the full campus — common areas, building entry and exit points, parking areas, and exterior perimeter across all structures. Housing authority installations require thoughtful camera placement that prioritizes resident safety and community accountability without creating an environment that feels punitive to the people who live there. The system has provided continuous coverage and documentation capability for the Housing Authority for years, and represents the kind of long-term institutional relationship that OSC builds in every market we serve.

FIVE-BUILDING MDU — POINT-TO-MULTIPOINT WIRELESS ACCESS CONTROL AND CAMERA SYSTEM

Our most recently completed Fremont installation and one of the more technically complete MDU deployments in our current portfolio. The property spans five separate residential buildings — connecting them with hardwired cable infrastructure between structures was not practical, so we designed and installed a point-to-multipoint wireless bridge system that carries both camera feeds and access control data across the campus without cable runs between buildings. The camera system features 24/7 full-color 4K cameras throughout — these are not standard cameras that switch to black and white infrared at night. They deliver true full-color footage around the clock using advanced low-light color imaging, which means license plates, clothing colors, and facial detail are all visible in recorded footage regardless of lighting conditions. Pan-tilt-zoom cameras provide flexible wide-area coverage of parking lots and exterior common areas. License plate recognition at vehicle entry points automatically logs every vehicle entering and leaving the property. Access control covers up to 28 doors across the five buildings, allowing property management to control and audit entry to every building, common area, and secured space from a single centralized platform. Tenant credentials can be added, modified, or revoked remotely without an on-site visit. This is the current state of the art for MDU security infrastructure and this Fremont property has it.

SELF-STORAGE FACILITY

Exterior surveillance system for a Fremont-area self-storage facility covering both indoor climate-controlled units and outdoor drive-up access rows. License plate recognition at the entry and exit gate automatically logs every vehicle accessing the property with a time-stamped record. Coverage extends across all exterior rows and the main access gate for complete perimeter liability documentation.

RETAIL INSTALLATIONS

OSC has completed multiple retail camera installations throughout the Fremont market. Interior and exterior coverage for retail operations including entry and exit points, sales floor areas, stock and back-of-house areas, and parking. All retail installations include minimum 30-day footage retention for liability and loss prevention documentation.
