CITY CENTRE MIXED-USE CAMPUS — 32-CAMERA UNIFIED DEPLOYMENT

One of the more technically demanding single-campus installations in our La Vista portfolio. City Centre combines MDU residential units, a concert and events venue, and a retail strip on one connected property — three completely different security environments that each require their own camera placement logic, sightline planning, and coverage priorities. We designed and installed a 32-camera system across the full campus, integrated into a single centralized NVR so property management has complete visibility across every environment from one platform. Residential common areas, building entries, parking structures, the venue exterior and entry points, and retail storefronts are all covered. When you have residents, concert attendees, and retail customers all moving through the same campus, the camera layout has to account for all of it simultaneously. This one did.

NATIONAL FENCING COMPANY — LA VISTA LOCATION

Part of a five-site enterprise deployment OSC manages for a national fencing company with corporate headquarters in Ralston. The La Vista location is configured with the same infrastructure as the full network — auto-tracking pan-tilt-zoom cameras covering outdoor yards and storage areas, license plate recognition at vehicle entry and exit points, and ultra-motion detection for after-hours perimeter monitoring. Multiple lots, bay doors, and customer vehicle storage areas are all covered. The La Vista site feeds into the same unified VMS dashboard as the Ralston, Omaha, Des Moines, and Kearney locations, giving corporate real-time visibility across all five sites simultaneously.

FOOD SERVICE MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION FACILITY

Interior and exterior installation for a La Vista food service manufacturing and distribution operation. Production floor coverage documents activity across active manufacturing areas. Exterior coverage includes the building perimeter, loading docks, and distribution yard. The system provides shift management with remote visibility into production floor operations and gives ownership after-hours monitoring of the distribution yard and vehicle assets. AI-based motion detection triggers alerts for after-hours activity at entry points and loading areas.

MULTI-SITE CAR WASH — CHEMICAL EXPOSURE ENVIRONMENT

Surveillance installation for a La Vista location within a larger multi-site car wash operation. Car wash environments present specific hardware challenges — constant moisture, chemical soap exposure, and high-pressure wash environments that degrade standard commercial cameras quickly. Every camera specified for this installation is rated for the exposure conditions inside and around an active car wash facility. Coverage includes tunnel interior, vehicle entry and exit points, vacuum and detailing areas, and the exterior lot. LPR at the entry and exit points logs every vehicle automatically for operational tracking and liability documentation.

LARGE MDU RESIDENTIAL PORTFOLIO

Security camera and access control systems across a large multi-dwelling unit residential portfolio in La Vista. Building entry points, parking areas, common areas, laundry facilities, and mail areas are covered across multiple properties. Access control manages tenant and maintenance credentials centrally, allowing the property manager to add, remove, and audit access across the full portfolio without on-site visits for credential changes.

INDUSTRIAL PAINT SHOP

Full interior and exterior installation for a La Vista industrial paint shop. Coverage includes active spray and finishing areas, equipment storage, the building exterior, and vehicle and materials staging areas. Industrial paint operations involve significant equipment value and liability exposure — the camera system documents conditions, activity, and access continuously.

NATIONAL RETAIL SANDWICH CHAIN

Camera system installation for a La Vista location of a national sandwich chain. Interior coverage of the service counter, prep areas, and dining room. Exterior coverage of entry points and drive-through or parking area. System configured for remote corporate access allowing regional management to monitor the location alongside other network locations from a single platform.

AUTO BODY SHOP

Full coverage installation for a La Vista auto body operation covering customer vehicle storage lot, bay doors, interior work areas, and the building exterior. Customer vehicles in for repair are documented on arrival and departure. Bay door cameras cover vehicle movement in and out of the shop floor. Continuous exterior coverage of the storage lot for after-hours liability documentation.
