Security camera installation for a Papillion indoor sports complex featuring batting cages and recreational training areas. Indoor sports facilities present specific coverage challenges — large open floor areas, high ceilings, active participant zones that need to be covered without interfering with operations, and entry and exit points managing a steady flow of customers and youth athletes. One of the more complete installations in our Papillion portfolio — a multi-tenant professional office building housing attorneys and other professional services firms, requiring both a full camera system and a comprehensive access control deployment. Multi-tenant buildings require access control architecture that gives each tenant control over their own suite while allowing building management centralized oversight of common areas, building entries, and shared spaces. We designed and installed a system that does exactly that — individual tenant credential management, building-wide camera coverage of common areas and entry points, and a centralized management platform for the building owner. Cameras and access control integrated into one system, one interface.

FAMILY PRACTICE MEDICAL OFFICE — HIPAA-AWARE INSTALLATION

Camera system installation for a Papillion family practice with full awareness of HIPAA privacy requirements. Coverage secures the facility — exterior entry and exit points, parking area, reception and waiting areas, and staff zones — without capturing patient examination rooms or consultation areas in camera coverage zones. All footage stored on a secured local NVR with restricted access credentials and role-based viewing permissions. Medical office installations require more planning than standard commercial work and the camera placement reflects that.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES — THREE SEPARATE MDU PORTFOLIOS

Office environment coverage includes entry and exit points, common areas, and the building exterior. Access control manages staff credentials and visitor access at the headquarters level while the same company's residential portfolio installations are managed through separate site-level systems.
